2. Wear protective glasses when cutting the cast iron pipe with a gram, and there shall be no curling cracks on the top of the gram. When using hand hammers and sledgehammers, gloves are not allowed. The handle and head of the hammer shall be free of oil stains. The hammer head and handle shall be firmly connected. When swinging the hammer, there shall be no "people" or other obstacles around

3. Use saw bow, pipe cutter and sand. Some use ordinary belt pulley pipe cutter to cut pipes, which should be leveled and clamped firmly, and the force should not be too strong. When it is close to cutting, it should be held by hand or supported. The protective cover of the grinding wheel pipe cutting machine should be firm, the grinding wheel blade should be intact, and stand on the side of the grinding wheel during operation

4. When the pipe is loaded with sand and bent hot, the sand must be dried, and the sand loading rack should be set up firmly with railings. When knocking with machinery, no one is allowed to stand below. Stagger up and down when knocking manually. When the pipe is heated, no one is allowed to stand in front of the pipe orifice. The winch shall be used to pull the bending, the ground anchor and other piles shall be firm, and no one shall stand inside the steel wire rope. When operating the electric pipe bender, pay attention to keep your hands and clothes away from the rotating pipe bending die. Before the machine stops rotating, you cannot engage in adjustment work

5. When the pipeline is threaded manually, the pipeline should be supported and clamped firmly, and the workbench should be stable. Two people operate with coordinated actions to prevent the handle from hitting people. When threading with a threading machine, place the rear of the pipe on the auxiliary bracket and adjust the height. The threading machine shall be put into no-load test run, checked and adjusted, and can be operated only after all parts operate normally. During operation, the die shall be lubricated with engine oil

6. The portable grinder used for operation shall be equipped with a protective cover. During operation, people should stand on the radial side of the grinding wheel and wear insulating gloves. When using air gun, electric hammer or chisel to drill through the eyes, no one is allowed to approach under the board or behind the wall

7. When the pipes are moved in series and aligned, the action should be coordinated, and the hand should not be placed at the joint of the pipe orifice and the flange to prevent crushing injury. The opening size of the wrench and pipe wrench used for fastening shall be consistent with the size of the nut and pipe fitting; When tightening, do not use too much force. Generally, it is not suitable to add a sleeve to the wrench or pipe wrench. If a sleeve needs to be used, corresponding safety measures should be taken. The pipe orifice shall be temporarily closed before the pipe section meets; When the installation is stopped halfway, the blind plate shall be installed or the blocking plate shall be welded to prevent sundries from entering the pipe

8. In case of earthwork loosening, cracks, water seepage, etc. during construction in the trench, solid wall support should be added in time. It is forbidden to use the fixed wall support as the upper and lower ladders and the lifting pipe support. The riggings and ground piles used to manually lower pipes into the trench must be firm, and no one is allowed in the trench

9. The lead melting pot should be installed firmly, and the open-air lead melting should have rain proof measures. During operation, wear gloves and slowly put lead into the pot. It is forbidden to melt wet lead. When pouring lead, there should be no water at the pipe orifice, pour it slowly, and wear protective glasses and shoe covers to prevent burns

10. When the steel pipe is annealed by lead bath method, the pipe head should be dried, then inserted into the lead pot, and fixed firmly to prevent the molten lead liquid from exploding in water (also known as blasting) and scalding the operators

11. When cleaning the pipeline with acid and alkali solution, wear protective articles, and the acid and alkali solution tank must be covered with obvious signs. When carbon tetrachloride, dichloroethane, trichloroethylene and ethanol are used for pipeline degreasing, the site should be well ventilated, wear protective articles, remove combustibles, and set signs prohibiting fireworks and toxic substances

12. It is also difficult for purchasers of tools and parts used for oxygen pipeline installation, purging and pressure test to find suppliers. Parts, materials and other items must not have oil; Ammonia system pipes must pass the test before filling ammonia. Ammonia bottles should be placed outdoors. When filling ammonia, gas masks should be worn, and fire extinguishers and neutralizing liquid should be equipped

13. When connecting the old and new pipelines, it is necessary to find out the inflammable, explosive and toxic substances in the old pipelines and remove them. The welding connection can be carried out only after the inspection and permission of relevant departments and the hot work permit are obtained

A calibrated pressure gauge should be used for pipeline pressure test. During operation, the pressure shall be increased slowly by stages, and the inspection can be carried out only after the pump is stopped and stabilized. Overpressure shall be strictly prevented during the pressure test, and it is strictly forbidden to knock, repair and screw the bolts during the pressure test; Non operators are not allowed to stay at blind plates, flanges, welded junctions and threaded joints. For pressure test of high-pressure and ultra-high pressure pipelines, a pressure test scheme shall be prepared separately for safety technical disclosure

15. After the natural gas pipeline passes the air pressure test, it must be purged with natural gas before it can be put into operation. The natural gas flowing out of the purging port must be ignited and burned in time. During pipeline purging, the purging outlet shall be fixed, and a communication signal shall be installed between the purging outlet and the air source. It is strictly forbidden to aim at wires, foundation pits and manned sites

16. During pipeline purging and flushing, the valve should be opened slowly to avoid the impact of dirt in the pipeline, resulting in water hammer and steam hammer, causing pipeline damage
