this year marks the 25th anniversary of the implementation of the national key laboratory plan. In order to summarize the experience of the work of state key laboratories, improve the operation and management system of state key laboratories, and promote the state key laboratories to play a greater role in national science and technology undertakings, the Ministry of science and technology is scheduled to hold a state key laboratory work conference in Beijing on November 10, 2009

I. meeting content

summarize the achievements of the State Key Laboratory since the implementation of the plan, analyze the current situation and opportunities faced by the State Key Laboratory, explore future development ideas, and implement the newly issued "measures for the construction and operation management of State Key Laboratories", "measures for the management of special funds for State Key Laboratories" and "rules for the evaluation of State Key Laboratories"

leaders of the Ministry of science and technology and comrades of relevant departments will attend the meeting and make important speeches. The meeting will also organize participants to discuss the implementation of various management rules and regulations and the improvement of laboratory management

II. Representatives participating in the meeting

2 leaders of relevant departments and local science and technology departments (committees and bureaus) (1 leader at the level of department or bureau and 1 leader at the level of competent department), 1 Director of each pilot National Laboratory and 1 Director of National Key Laboratory, and 1 representative of some supporting units of national key laboratories, One representative from the State Key Laboratory of some enterprises and one representative from the State Key Laboratory cultivation base jointly built by the province and the Ministry

III. meeting time

the meeting began at 8:30 a.m. on November 10, 2009, and the meeting period is one day for housing pension products belonging to niche products. Participants are requested to report in the afternoon of November 9, and Beijing representatives can also report before 8:15 on November 10
